Music Ministry

Whether through choir, praise band, solo performance, or instrumental ensemble, our ministry seeks to lead the congregation in heartfelt, Christ-centered worship. We believe music is a powerful way to connect with God and one another, and we welcome anyone who feels called to serve through song. Join us as we lift our voices and instruments in praise, and help create a worship experience that honors the Lord.

Meeting Times & Events

Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m.
Worship Choir Rehearsal in choir suite, above sanctuary. If taking elevator, fourth floor. If interested just show up. There’s a place for you.

Instrumental Group meets in sanctuary on Sunday mornings at 9:15 a.m. If interested please contact church office.

Are you ready to help lead worship?

King David writes in Psalm 95:6 “Come let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.” My life’s passion is to lead the church to worship the Lord God Almighty, sing His praises, hear His message and act upon it. Worship is such an important priority in the life of First Baptist Canton. We are always looking for people to join the Music Worship Team. If you love to sing or can play an instrument, there is a place for you in the Worship Choir or Instrumental Group. All musicians play important roles in leading our congregation in praise and worship each Sunday morning. Hope to see you soon!
